We are looking for an AI Intern to support InterChina’s internal program to identify, test and implement practical AI tools across our strategy and corporate finance workflows.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI Tool Scouting &
Evaluation: Track new AI agents, LLM platforms, automation tools and China-specific applications, assessing each on practical value, accuracy, cost, usability and data security. Prepare short internal recommendations on whether tools should be adopted, piloted, monitored or avoided.
2. Internal AI Workflow Development: Build repeatable AI workflows for core analyst tasks — including market research, company screening, buyer mapping and proposal drafting — and develop prompt libraries and templates for use across teams. Document all workflows clearly, ensuring human review and quality control throughout.
3. Knowledge Management &
Internal Search: Help teams more easily retrieve and reuse prior work, including proposals, sector reports, company profiles and credentials. Support the development of an AI-enabled knowledge assistant, and tag and summarise internal materials to reduce time spent locating past work.
4. Research, Data &
Document Automation: Build workflows to extract and structure information from public sources, Chinese-language materials, PDFs and company websites, and support bilingual English–Chinese research. Assist with Excel, PowerPoint and document automation, including company profiles, market maps and screening tables.
